If unable to place the earbuds into the charging case (magnetically opposite)

We have made strict inspections on magnetism, and made adjustments and changes in the internal structure of the earbuds and charging case. These problems will not occur again in the new generation of space.

No bass on headphones

For the new generation of earphones, we provide customers with 2 types of earplugs. Sport earplugs can provide customers with good bass and fine sound quality.

Make sure the bluetooth name is “space 2″Try to use other device to find it.Update system device.Restart the bluetooth of the device.

Why do the earbuds do not connect to bluetooth?

Please make sure the earbuds are fully charged.Check the earbuds if connected the other device, and turn off the other device.Do not use another pair “space 2 earbuds” at same time when connecting.Try to connect other device to make sure earbuds are not the problem, and update the system device which is unable to connect.Restart the bluetooth of the device and connect again.Make sure the earbuds and the device are within connecting distance.

Why are the earbuds still connected to the device after the earbuds is back to charging case?

Confirm the charging case still has enough power.

Why one side earbuds is not charging?

First, make sure the charging is fully powered, and then put the earbuds in the right position (do not put them at reverse position), finally confirm light flash.Confirm the charging connector is not covered.Check the charging case power.

Why one side earbuds does not sound?

Confirm the earbuds got enough powerCheck the Indicator light is on, if light in on and red, please wait a few hours until green and try again. If the light is green, please turn off the device bluetooth and put 2 earbuds back to charging case, then connect again.Make sure the earbuds is not connected to other device.Reset the earbuds and try again.
