Q1: Does the charger pass international safety standards?

A: Our PowerlotZero charger has UL certification, conforms to the latest UL62368-1 international safety standard (UL is the most authoritative safety appraisal agency in the US), so you can rest easy while charging your devices.

Q2: Can this charger be used to charge 2 devices at the same time?

A: Sure, this power adapter supports max 50W output for USB-C port and 18W output for USB-A port when using both at the same time. If using the USB-C port individually, the maximum output is 60W.

Q3: Why does it sometimes wake up my device when I plug in or unplug another device?

A: When multiple devices are connected at the same time, plugging a new device in or unplugging any of the devices from the USB-C charger will render a short charging pause for other devices. This short pause is due to the power redistribution of the charger.
