If Unable to charge/ Slow charge / Charging intermittently, please check:

1, Make sure that your phone supports the wireless charging function. If your phone doesn’t support wireless charging, The Blue light will flashes 6 times and then solid on.

2, Check the power of the charging head: The standard for charging head when using wireless charging is 5V 2A and 9V 2A. If you want fast charger, it need to use QC3.0 adapter. (NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE)

3, Please check your phone case. Please remove popsockets and thick, uneven or rugged case,metal ring holder, metal attachments and credit cards for optimal charging. Be sure your phone case is NOT thicker than 5mm.

4, Preventing your phone from overheating: We suggest you close Apps to reduce power consumption and turn off phone screen during wireless charging.

If the suction mount can’t attach to dash.

1. The suction mount is only for flat surface, not for curved, soft, vinyl, plush fabrics, or bumpy surface.

2. Please make sure the surface is clean. If the suction mount get dirty, you can wash it and let it dry, then you can use it again.

3. In the case of high temperature, the suction cup may become unstable, if this happens, it is recommended that you use the air vent holder.

If charging constantly going on and off, Please check:

1. Please check your charging adapter, The input should be 5V2A and 9V2A. QC3.0 adapter is needed for quick charger. If you used the general car usb, that will NOT work.

2. Please check your phone case. Please remove popsockets and thick, uneven or rugged case,metal ring holder, metal attachments and credit cards for optimal charging. Be sure your phone case is NOT thicker than 5mm.

3. Please make sure that the temperature for charging environmental below 25°.

1. Plug the USB-C cable, the blue light truns to green for 0.5 second and then turns blue and solid on.

2. In standby mode, the blue light is always on;

4. When the phone is fully charged, the light will go off;
